## Abstract

This document contains corrections to the final rulemaking for designation of an Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site (ODMDS) offshore Fort Pierce, Florida. The final rule was published in the Federal Register on Thursday, September 2, 1993. The preamble of the Final Rule correctly described the location of the ODMDS. However, the regulatory text gave incorrect coordinates for the location of the Fort Pierce, Florida ODMDS. This technical amendment is necessary to correct the coordinates for the location of the ODMDS.
