## Abstract

By this action the EPA gives full approval to the State Implementation Plans (SIP) submitted by the states of Kansas and Missouri to fulfill the emission inventory update requirement of the approved Kansas City maintenance plan. The submittals also establish a motor vehicle emissions budget for the purposes of fulfilling the requirements of the Federal Transportation Conformity rule.
