## Abstract

On August 4, 1995, the EPA published a proposed rulemaking to approve Iowa's voluntary operating permit program to serve as an alternative for sources otherwise subject to Title V of the Clean Air Act (the Act). No adverse comments were received on the proposed rulemaking. The EPA is now taking final action to approve this program.
