## Abstract

This document establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for jojoba oil in or on all raw agricultural commodities when applied at not more than 1.0% of the final spray as an insecticide or as a pesticide spray tank adjuvant in accordance with good agricultural practices. Amvac Chemical Corp. submitted a petition pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) requesting the regulation to establish an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.
