## Abstract

EPA is revoking the food additive regulation (FAR) for residues of the herbicide trifluralin in peppermint oil and spearmint oil. EPA is taking this action because peppermint oil and spearmint oil are not ready-to-eat commodities, and residues of trifluralin are not likely to concentrate in ready-to-eat foods containing peppermint and spearmint oil. Therefore, this FAR is not required.
