## Abstract

This document establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of oxidized pine lignin, sodium salt when used as an inert ingredient (surfactant or related adjuvant of a surfactant) in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops, to raw agricultural commodities after harvest, or to animals. LignoTech USA, Inc. requested this regulation pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
