## Abstract

This document establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of potassium citrate (CAS Reg. No. 866-84-2), when used as an inert ingredient (chelating agent and pH control) in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops, raw agricultural commodities after harvest and animals. This regulation was requested by Monsanto Company and Zeneca Ag Products, pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
