## Abstract

The EPA is approving revisions to the Louisiana State Implementation Plan (SIP) adopted by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality on October 20, 1992, and March 26, 1993. This SIP revision contains regulations which require the implementation of RACT for various types of VOC sources. The intended effect of this action is to approve these revisions to the VOC regulations. This action is being taken under section 110 and subchapter I, Part D, of the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (the Act).
