## Abstract

In this action the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Michigan through the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) on July 24, 1995 for the purpose of redesignating the portion of Wayne County currently designated as nonattainment to attainment status for the particulate matter National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS).
