## Abstract

This rule establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the plant pesticide active ingredients Bacillus thuringiensis CryIA(b) delta-endotoxin and the genetic material necessary for its production in all plants. A request for an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance was submitted by Monsanto Company. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of these plant pesticides in all plant raw agricultural commodities.
