## Abstract

This rule establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the plant pesticide inert ingredient CP4 Enolpyruvylshikimate-3-D (CP4 EPSPS) and the genetic material necessary for its production in all plants. A request for an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance was submitted by Monsanto Company (Monsanto). This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of these plant pesticide inert ingredients in all plants.
