## Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is removing from the EPA Acquisition Regulation (EPAAR) (48 CFR Chapter 15) its coverage for conduct of surveys; implementing OMB Circular A-109, Major Systems Acquisitions; special aspects of sealed bidding in construction contracting; additive or deductive items; indirect cost rates; and management of Government property in the possession of contractors.
