## Abstract

The EPA is promulgating source category-limited interim approval of the Operating Permits Program submitted by the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) for the State of Oklahoma for the purpose of complying with Federal requirements for an approvable State program to issue operating permits to all major stationary sources, except any sources of air pollution over which an Indian Tribe has jurisdiction, and to certain other sources.
