## Abstract

This interim final rule revises 40 CFR Part 30 and deletes Part 33 to incorporate the changes established by revised Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-110, ``Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Agreements with Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals and Other Non-Profit Institutions,'' published by OMB on November 29, 1993 (58 FR 62992).
