## Abstract

EPA is approving revisions to the South Carolina State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted on March 3, 1995, by the State of South Carolina, through the South Carolina Department of Environment, Health and Natural Resources. These revisions involve R.61-62.5 Standard Number 7. Prevention of Significant Deterioration. The intended effect of these revisions is to bring the South Carolina rules into compliance with the current EPA terminology.
