## Abstract

EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Maine on July 24, 1995. This revision includes requirements for controlling volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from bulk gasoline terminals and gasoline dispensing facilities. The intended effect of this action is to approve these regulations into the Maine SIP. This action is being taken in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
