## Abstract

This regulation establishes time-limited tolerances for combined residues of the fungicide propiconazole in or on the raw agricultural commodity sorghum in connection with EPA's granting of an emergency exemption under section 18 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act authorizing use of propiconazole on sorghum in Texas. This regulation establishes maximum permissible levels for residues of propiconazole in this food pursuant to section 408(l)(6) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996. The tolerances will expire and be revoked automatically without further action by EPA on October 31, 1998.
