## Abstract

EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This revision establishes and requires reasonably available control technology (RACT) on one major source and establishes permit conditions to limit eight source's emissions to below major source threshold levels. The intended effect of this action is to approve source-specific plan approvals and operating permits, which establish the above-mentioned requirements in accordance with the Clean Air Act. This action is being taken under section 110 of the Clean Air Act.
