## Abstract

EPA is approving revisions to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Florida through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for the purpose of including the Small Business Stationary Source Technical and Environmental Compliance Assistance Program rules in the Florida Administrative Code, Chapters 17-202.100 through 17.202.400. This implementation plan was submitted by the State on August 12, 1994.
