## Abstract

This document establishes tolerances for residues of the herbicide nicosulfuron [3-pyridinecarboxamide, 2-((((4,6- dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)aminocarbonyl)aminosulfonyl)-N,N-dimethyl] in or on the raw agricultural commodities (RACs) corn, sweet (kernals plus cobs with husks removed) at 0.1 part per million (ppm); corn, sweet, forage at 0.1 ppm and corn, sweet, fodder (stover) at 0.1 ppm. E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company, Inc., requested these tolerances in a petition submitted to EPA pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
