## Abstract

This document takes final action to approve the State Implementation Plans (SIP) submitted by the state of Missouri for the purpose of fulfilling the requirements set forth in EPA's Transportation Conformity rule. The SIPs were submitted by the state to satisfy the Federal requirements in 40 CFR 51.396.
