## Abstract

This rule establishes an exemption from the requirement for a tolerance for residues of killedMyrothecium verrucaria in or on all food crop and ornamental commodities when applied pre-planting, pre- seeding or post-planting in accordance with good agricultural practices. This exemption was requested by Abbott Laboratories. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of this nematicide on food crops and ornamentals.
