## Abstract

The EPA is approving the State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Oklahoma for the purpose of removing equivalent test method and alternative standard language from the Oklahoma volatile organic compound regulations. The SIP revision was submitted by the State in follow-up to an agreement between Oklahoma and EPA in conjunction with the Tulsa ozone redesignation request published in the Federal Register on January 31, 1991. The rationale for the approval is set forth in this document; additional information is available at the address indicated in the ADDRESSES section.
