## Abstract

The EPA is announcing approval of twenty-two (22) revisions to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) for ozone submitted by the State of New Jersey. These revisions consist of source-specific reasonably available control technology (RACT) determinations for controlling oxides of nitrogen (NO<INF>X) from various sources in New Jersey. The intended effect of this action is to approve the source-specific RACT determinations made by New Jersey in accordance with provisions of its regulation, New Jersey Administrative Code (NJAC) 7:27-19. This action is being taken in accordance with Section 110 of the Clean Air Act (the Act).
