## Abstract

This regulation establishes a time-limited tolerance for residues of the fungicide cymoxanil in or on the raw agricultural commodity potatoes in connection with EPA's granting of emergency exemptions under section 18 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act authorizing use of cymoxanil on potatoes in the states of Alabama, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin. This tolerance will expire and is revoked on March 15, 1999. DATES: This regulation becomes effective May 14, 1997. Objections and requests for hearings must be received by EPA on or before July 14, 1997.
