## Abstract

The EPA is approving revisions to the Oklahoma State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Governor on May 16, 1994. This action approves revisions to the Oklahoma SIP by adopting new rules and opacity requirements to control particulate matter emissions from new, modified, and existing cotton gin operations. Approval of this revision will strengthen the SIP by making it Federally enforceable. In addition, the new rules will simplify the process weight regulations in the State.
