## Abstract

EPA is approving a revision to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) for ozone for Santa Barbara County. Specifically, EPA is approving the emissions inventory, control measures, and 15% rate-of-progress plan. The California Air Resources Board (CARB) submitted this SIP revision to EPA on November 14, 1994. EPA is approving this revision to the California SIP under provisions of the Clean Air Act (CAA) regarding EPA action on SIP submittals for nonattainment areas.
