## Abstract

EPA is fully approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Vermont, which replaces the total suspended particulate (TSP) prevention of significant (PSD) increments with increments for PM10 (particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter smaller than or equal to a nominal 10 micrometers). This action is being taken under the Clean Air Act.
