## Abstract

EPA is approving State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of Maryland on July 12, 1995 and July 17, 1995. These revisions establish volatile organic compound emission reduction requirements for degreasing operations and vehicle refinishing throughout the State of Maryland, and a definition for the term ``motor vehicle.'' The intended effect of this action is to approve these amendments to the Maryland SIP, in accordance with the SIP submittal and revision provisions of the Act.
