## Abstract

This rule establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the biological pesticide Bacillus cereus strain BP01 for use on cotton. Micro Flo Company, acting through their agent SRA International, submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 requesting the tolerance exemption. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of Bacillus cereus strain BP01 on growing crops.
