## Abstract

This rule establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the biological pesticide Replicase Proteins of Potato Leaf Roll Virus and the genetic material necessary for its production in or on all raw agricultural commodities. Monsanto Company submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 requesting the tolerance exemption. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of Replicase Proteins of Potato Leaf Roll Virus and the genetic material necessary for its production.
