## Abstract

This action amends the emission guidelines (subpart Cb) and the standards of performance (subpart Eb) for municipal waste combustion (MWC) units. These amendments are companion amendments to the court-ordered remand amendments published elsewhere in this Federal Register. These amendments are being made to improve the clarity of subparts Cb and Eb, and to make technical corrections that have been brought to EPA's attention since the December 19, 1995 promulgation.
