## Abstract

EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Connecticut. This revision establishes and requires Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) at stationary sources of nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>). The intended effect of this action is to approve regulatory provisions and source specific orders which require major stationary sources of NO<INF>X</INF> to reduce their emissions statewide in accordance with requirements of the Clean Air Act.
