## Abstract

Notice is hereby given that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approves of the modifications of Michigan's approved National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting program which resulted from certain Michigan Executive Orders which reorganized Michigan's environmental agencies.
