## Abstract

Notice is hereby given that the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approves of the modifications of Michigan's assumed Clean Water Act Section 404 (Section 404) permitting program which resulted from Michigan Executive Order 1995-18 which reorganized Michigan's environmental agencies.
