## Abstract

EPA is approving revisions to the Chattanooga-Hamilton County portion of the Tennessee State Implementation Plan (SIP) to allow the Chattanooga Hamilton County Air Pollution Control Bureau (CHCAPCB) to issue Federally enforceable state operating permits (FESOP). EPA is also approving the CHCAPCB's FESOP program pursuant to section 112 of the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or ``the Act'') so that the CHCAPCB may issue Federally enforceable state operating permits containing limits for hazardous air pollutants (HAP).
