This document contains a correction to the direct final rule concerning the State of Louisiana PSD increments for PM-10 (particulate matter 10 micrometers or less in diameter) published Tuesday, October 15, 1996 (61 FR 53639). In the October 15, 1996, Federal Register document, Section I.8.a of Regulation Louisiana Administrative Code 33:III. Chapter 5, Section 509, effective February 20, 1995, was erroneously cited as Section E.8.a.
