## Abstract

EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This revision establishes and requires reasonably available control technology (RACT) on three major sources. The intended effect of this action is to approve source-specific RACT determinations which establish the above- mentioned requirements in accordance with Clean Air Act (CAA). This action is being taken under section 110 of the CAA.
