## Abstract

EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Vermont. This revision establishes and requires Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) at major stationary sources of nitrogen oxide (NO<INF>X) emissions and major stationary sources of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions which are not subject to other category-specific VOC control regulations in Vermont. The intended effect of this action is to approve a number of regulatory amendments and source-specific RACT determinations in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
