## Abstract

EPA is approving State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. These revisions establish and require reasonably available control technology (RACT) on three major sources. The intended effect of this action is to approve source-specific determinations made by the Commonwealth which establish and impose RACT requirements in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA). This action is being taken under section 110 of the CAA.
