## Abstract

This regulation establishes a tolerance for the fungicide myclobutanil [alpha-butyl-alpha-(4-chlorophenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole-1- propanenitrile] and its metabolite alpha-(3-hydroxybutyl)-alpha-(4- chlorophenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-propanenitrile (free and bound) in or on bananas (post-harvest). Rohm and Haas Company requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA) (Pub. L. 104- 170).
