## Abstract

EPA is approving a revision to the State of Florida's State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted to EPA on December 10, 1996, through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. The amendment adds perchloroethylene to the list of chemicals excluded from the definition of volatile organic compounds (VOC). The amendment also corrects vague language in various definitions. The revision moves conditions relating to the Small Business Assistance Program (SBAP) from Chapter 62-202 to Rule 62-210.220.
