## Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is adopting as final an interim rule that amended the EPA Acquisition Regulation (EPAAR) (48 CFR Chapter 15) to include a requirement that any report prepared under an Agency contract identify the contract under which it was prepared and the name of the contractor who prepared the report, and to make an administrative change in the approval levels for Source Selection.
