## Abstract

This document corrects the section number in subpart T of part 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) citation published in the Federal Register (FR) of November 19, 1997, regarding final disapproval of the Louisiana I/M SIP. Section 52.994 was inadvertently chosen for Disapprovals, when it had previously been assigned to Conditional Approvals. This document changes the section number for Disapprovals to 52.996.
