## Abstract

EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Maine on June 30, 1994. This revision consists of a continuous emissions monitoring (CEM) regulation. The intended effect of this action is to approve Maine's CEM rule into the Maine SIP. This action is being taken in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
