## Abstract

The State of Delaware has applied for final authorization of revisions to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reviewed Delaware's application and has determined that Delaware's hazardous waste program revision satisfies all of the requirements necessary to qualify for final authorization. Unless adverse written comments are received on this action during the review and comment period provided in a companion document in the ``Proposed Rules'' section of today's Federal Register, EPA's decision to approve Delaware's hazardous waste program revision will take effect as provided below. Delaware's application for program revision is available for public review and comment.
