## Abstract

The EPA is approving a revision to the Georgia State Implementation Plan (SIP). This revision was to incorporate the Post 1996 Rate-of-progress Plan (9 percent plan) submitted by the State of Georgia through the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) on November 15, 1993, and amended on June 17, 1996. Supplemental information was submitted on April 14, 1998. This submittal was made to meet the reasonable further progress requirements of section 182(c)(2) of the Clean Air Act, as amended in 1990 (CAA).
