The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is amending the EPA Acquisition Regulation (EPAAR) (48 CFR Chapter 15) removing from the EPAAR unnecessary coverage that duplicates existing FAR coverage on quick-closeout procedures, and making other administrative changes.
