## Abstract

This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of acrylic acid terpolymer, partial sodium salts when used as inert ingredients (dispersant) in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops, raw agricultural commodities after harvest, and animals. BF Goodrich Specialty Chemicals requested this exemption from the requirement of a tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
