## Abstract

On June 9, 1997 (62 FR 31349), the Environmental Protection Agency published in the Federal Register an interim final rule under the Clean Air Act concerning an interim approval of a revision to the state implementation plan in Utah County relating to an improved basic inspection and maintenance program. The rule established an effective date of July 9, 1997. This document corrects the effective date of the rule to December 30, 1997 to be consistent with sections 801 and 808 of the Congressional Review Act (CRA), enacted as part of the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act.
